The best part of the game/day was talking to all the strangers.

The man in front of me with his son. He told me he was visiting with his family from Colorado. The barber at his hotel offered him the tickets when he was getting his hair cut this morning. Everytime he talked to his son, he looked him in the eye.

The man from Cincinnati who had gotten off a plane in Tampa at 11:30, arrived at the ballpark at 1:10 knew every REDS player, what team they came from, their stats, how long theyhad been with the REDS, so so interesting since I'm not a REDS fan. He asked me if I thought the breasts of the woman Griffey gave a signed baseball to were real. I told him no.

We were there for baseball.
No crap.
No agendas.
Everyone real.
All present and accounted for.

What a terrific day.
